1) Click the thumbnail of the image.
2) Click on the enlarged image, and it should open in the center of your monitor.
3) At the top of that image choose the largest size available (X2), then right-click the image and choose "Save Picture As" to save to your computer.
These images may be uploaded to MySpace, MM, OMP and/or your personal websites as long as you list proper photo credit, the watermark is visible and/or a link back to http://www.justbcuz.com is included in the comments.
